What We Look For

When we do recruit, these are the qualities that matter most to us.

Recognised AccreditationActive membership or registration with IFE, IFSM, or NFRAR — or a clear path towards it.

Deep Regulatory KnowledgePractical command of RRO 2005, Building Safety Act 2022, BS9792, PAS 79, and current BS standards.

Sector VersatilityExperience across multiple building types: residential, commercial, hospitality, or social housing.

Integrity Above AllA willingness to advise clients on what they need to hear, not what they want to hear.

Clear CommunicationThe ability to explain complex compliance matters clearly, in writing and in person.

UK-Wide MobilityWillingness to travel to client sites across England, Scotland and Wales as needed.
